Tournament Rules
Age
The minimum age to participate is 18 years old.
There is no maximum age limit, as long as the participant is physically fit to play.
Participation and Team Formation
Each team must represent a country.
To register, players must indicate the country they wish to represent.
Teams will be formed based on the number of registrations and the availability of spots for each country.
Each team will consist of 15 players.
Players who do not secure a spot on a national team may be placed on a waiting list or assigned to mixed teams, if applicable.
Prizes and Awards
The main prize will be awarded to the winning team of the tournament. The value or type of the prize will be announced before the event begins.
Additional prizes may include:
Best Player of the Tournament (MVP)
Best Goalkeeper
Top Scorer
The winning team will have the honor of lifting the Copa Gringos trophy and will be officially recognized as tournament champions.
All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
Conduct and Fair Play
This tournament is based on cultural celebration and sportsmanship.
Respect among players, referees, and organizers is mandatory.
Any discriminatory, violent, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in the immediate disqualification of the player or team.
Additional Information
The tournament will take place on June 29, 2025, at Estádio da Luz.
It is a 7-a-side tournament.
Pre-registrations serve to secure a spot on the waiting list for each country. Final confirmation of participation will be sent later.
Each team must have 15 players to participate in the tournament.
